Housekeeping Manager

We are now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of comfort and luxury for our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure immaculate standards in rooms, suites, and public areas.Establish and implement efficient cleaning procedures, schedules, and quality controls.Train, motivate, and support staff to deliver consistent 5-star service.Manage inventories of linen, cleaning products, and guest supplies.Collaborate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to guarantee a seamless guest experience.Uphold and promote health, safety, and sustainability practices throughout the department.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in high end hotels or resorts.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent eye for detail and commitment to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.Solid organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, health & safety standards, and sustainability principles.Strong communication skills – fluent in English (Scandinavian language skills are a plus).Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote but stunning natural environment.
